Case Study: Elin Pilates
Elin Pilates had strong client trust offline, but website visitors were not receiving the same confidence signal online. Core service pages were visually refined yet lacked clear guidance on class types, expected outcomes, and first-session preparation. This gap made inquiries more dependent on direct messaging than on-site understanding.
DAOL Consulting approached the redesign as a conversion-clarity project. We reorganized content by decision sequence: who the class is for, what the session includes, what to prepare, and how to book. We also tuned mobile spacing and typography for better scanning behavior, since most users arrived from social and map-based mobile discovery.
On the operations side, we provided a maintenance framework so offers, schedules, and class notes can be updated without disrupting page consistency. This helps maintain long-term content quality, which is important for both user trust and search visibility.
